Just go to My Computer and click Tools then Folder Options. Then go on the View Tab and there should be an option Hide extensions for known file types. Make sure that is not checked and then click Apply then OK. Now open the Icon Folder and find an icon ypu want to use. I'll use the Anytime Upgrade icon as an example. Change the name of it from Anytime Upgrade.png to Anytime Upgrade.ico and it becomes an icon file. I hope this helps all of you.
Downloaded these, looked through ALL of them, and they're BEAUTIFUL! They look exactly like the real vista icons (I guess that's because they are), BUT, there's just one problem! I can't use them! You need to make these into .ico files, or better yet, into an icon package for IconPackager
